About

A doctor and an engineer, one company

Who we are. Ocliton was founded by a doctor and an engineer who kept meeting the same problem from two sides: the people closest to a problem are rarely the ones equipped to build its solution. One of us spent days in scanning rooms and wards, watching friction that everyone had stopped noticing. The other spent years building software and infrastructure, watching good projects die on the shelf. Together, we are.

Why a house of brands. We could have started one company around one product. Instead we chose a house of brands: one company, shared engineering and infrastructure, each product free to have its own name and market. A hosting platform and a surgical logbook serve different people and earn different trust — but underneath they share the same standards, the same instinct for evidence, and the same two founders at the table for every decision.

Basethere first. We needed affordable, powerful infrastructure to run our own products. What we built turned out to be a product in itself — because every freelancer, startup and small business faces the same cost wall. Basethere packages that infrastructure for anyone who builds: pay for what you use, get more than you pay for, and hand over projects without chaos.

Docfolio next. Doctors do the work but can’t prove it. Years of operating become invisible the moment someone asks for evidence — for a fellowship, a job, a thesis. Docfolio turns everyday clinical work into a verifiable career record: a logbook, follow-ups, images and portfolio that build themselves while the work happens.

The pipeline. Radgeing reads preventive health out of scans people already have. Gelect takes friction out of every ultrasound scan, one squeezed bottle at a time. Wrizap puts continuous blood pressure monitoring on the wrist — and works in places the internet doesn’t reach.

What we believe. Evidence over hype. Affordable by design. Two disciplines, one table. Ownership end to end — from the problem seen at the front line to the product shipped, maintained and improved.
